10 Simple Tips for Outdoor Growing |
1. Soil. Go to a nursery and get some soil with a PH of 7.0.
2. Nature does it better. By this I mean, Outdoor plants don't require much attention. So try not to make any unnecessary trips to your plants.
3. Water. When you water your plants use distilled water only. This can save you a lot of hassle.
4. Location. Look for a forest of pricker bushes. People tend to shy away from getting pricked.
5. Plots. Don't go planting 10000 plants in one little area. That is how you get busted. Stick to 10-20 plants per area. infra-red cameras have a hard time spotting small heat signatures.
6. Spread em. Keep your plants at least 4 feet apart. This allows your plants room for the roots to stretch out, also if your a little late sexing and the pollen sacks on the males have developed, it helps prevent fertilization.
7. Hair. Obtain human hair(Don't use your own) you can usually get it from various barber shops. Mix the hair with the soil you put your plants in. This keeps animals away.
8. Nutrients. Rapid-Gro is best. 19-19-19 for veg. 12-17-12 for flowering.
9. Trim the Dead. When you go to your plant bring some scissors and remove any dead leaves. They wont ever be any thing anyway.
10. The Golden Rule. Have Fun. Don't be afraid to experiment a little with different plants. You never know what you might find. |

Cloning Guide |
The following guide will teach you step by step the cloning of cannabis plants.
Materials
A bag of perlite
A bag of vermiculite
Rootone,or other rooting gel/powder
a clear storage box 18L x 10W x 6T
"pony pac" containers (Small plastic containers for nursery plants)
Bloom formula fertilizer(5-12-8 or something like that)
1. Select a Branch, you want a nice and healthy piece not some weak piece of crap. Then snip it off with a pair of very sharp scissors.
2. Combine the perlite and vermiculite at 50/50 ratio and add water until the medium is soft and wet, pack the containers full and firmly pack the medium in.
3. Take the leaves and small side branches off leaving a nice cluster on the top of the cut.
4. Place the cut in a glass of water and 1/10 Potency bloom fertilizer.
5. Put the stripped cut end into the rooting powder/gel. With powder it should Stick to the cutting really well because of the water/fertilizer mix. In either case make sure its VERY well coated.
6. Take a pen and make a hole in the premade medium and containers make it large enough so that it wont scrape the rooting hormone off.
7. Place the cutting into the hole you made and pack the medium around it well.
8. Using the bloom formula spray the clones getting them soaked. now for the storage box. Put holes on each side and two on top. I like them to be about 1/2 across. Turn the box upside down place your containers with the cuts on the lid and close it up,you will need to open it every other day for a week or so ,if its really hot or dry you can spray them also, after a week take the lid off for a few hours at a time then just leave it off, don't pull on the cuts or move them in any way this only slows progress, you will have rooted cuts in two weeks or so they can go into soil or hydro from there. |
